Gene Fisher, former chief of the Seller Unit, Aircraft System Management Division, earned the award for distinguished management in the relocation of the Programmed Depot Maintenance McDonnell contract from Douglas Tulsa to Boeing Military Airline Company, Wichita, Kan.
