Basic fixed meal rates are no longer applicable. Under the ala carte, system, each menu item is individually priced, with an additional surcharge for officers, dependents and guests. This surcharge, in addition to the food cost is: $2.05 plus food cost for adults; $1.25 plus food cost for children under 12, and $3.40 plus food cost for persons receiving per diem. S(EflSH Happiness is at Hillhaus A mountain weekend If you are looking for a weekend hideaway close to home , at very reasonable rates, with good food, where you can relax in front of a warm fireplace, enjoy beautiful mountain scenery and watch a quiet snowfall, then Hillhaus Lodge is for you. Starting Monday, reservations for accommodations at the lodge at Snow 2 and Basin can be made. Call talk directly to the managers to learn what facilities are available and to make reservations. If the managers are out, a telephone recorder will take the calls and the management will contact in the order calls are recorded. Accommodations at Hillhaus vary. Open dormitories have nine single beds and one bathroom each. Beds rent for $4 per night. The family room has a queen-siz- e bed the shares and beds and three single dormitory bathrooms. It rents .for.. $10, for. one, $4 for one more person and $8 for two or three persons. There are two suites, each with a queen-siz- e bed and two convertible couches. They rent for a minimum of $10.
