Fees are $3 per youth with expiration date of Dec. 31, 1982. Patrons will be required to present membership cards to Youth Center personnel upon entering the facility. Also on Jan. 1, all instructional fees will be accepted Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. only. This arrangement will assist the evening staff with proper supervision of regular , patrons.
