Board-certifie- d pay of $2,000 to $5,000, depending, on years of creditable service if board certified, and, Incentive special pay of $8,000 maximum. This would be payable to certain physicians, 6 and below, in critical specialties. The dentists' continuation pay offers a maximum of four months basic pay for captains and above with more than three years of service. Bonuses will be computed using Oct. 1, 1979, pay rates and will not change with future annual pay raises. (AFNS) Uniformed Service Health Professionals Special Pay. Act of 1980, which restructures military physicians' incentive pay and dentists' continuation pay. Gen. James P. McCarthy addressed members of the American Legion on MX during their Department Convention held in Ogden. General McCarthy is the Special Assistant for MX Matters at HQ U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C., and is responsible for the programmatic, technical, environmental and budget requirements of the MX program.
