MSgt. Ronald M. Haggerty and MSgt. Bruce L. Zimmerman, a Tech Sergeant at the time of selection, both from the 2849th CBPO, were selected as AFLC's base level Outstanding Military Personnel Managers for the period April 1979 to March 1980 and have been nominated to represent AFLC in the Air Force-wid- e competition. Sergeant Haggerty, selected as the .
