(U.S. Air Force Photo) r 1 Proclamation Law Day has been set aside and designated by the Congress of the United States and by Presidential Proclamation as Law Day, USA, a day to pause and reflect on our great heritage of individual liberty under law, and WHEREAS, it is important for every citizen to realize the necessity to maintain, support and strengthen an independent and strong system of laws to make effective the rights of individuals, and WHEREAS, each free man and woman has a moral and civic justice to recognize the important role law plays in our democratic form of government, and WHEREAS, the employes and servicemen of the United States Air Force at Hill Air Force Base, and their families, are vitally concerned with the defense and preservation of our constitutional system and our free society; NOW THEREFORE, I, EDMUND A. RAFALKO, Commander of Ogden Air Logistics Center, do hereby designate Sunday, May 1st, 1977, as Law Day, USA, throughout the Ogden Air Logistics Center and I call upon all servicemen, employes and their families to join in the observance and celebration and to individually reaffirm their dedication to their role as responsible citizens and partners in justice. In this our 201 st year, I call upon all of you to reflect upon your individual and collective responsibilities for the effective administration of law.
