in the great mid mil UTAH THE MAGNET The immense advantages advantage which the city possesses in view of the conditions just mentioned have already hail had the effect of attracting to it what in itself would he be a large population a large number of people from Crom every state slate in the Union this time the great aggregation of capital which has flowed into this state aiding and Ing the various var ous corn com mercial enterprises hitherto existing have also contributed to a further development of the resources of the thc state al and agricultural thereby leading to a greater ica ice but in other countries as amongst amongst the foremost MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS Ire I might here draw attention to the fact that our city government in the matter of municipal improvements is construction of sidewalks si and sewers and amid the increasing of our our water supply arc worthy of the highest commendation of the time people These are arc time the things which induce me mc to
