The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Lois Greene, Delta, and the groom; Is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Hall of Twin Falls, Idaho. The bride-elect is a daughter of Mrs. Pearl Eddington of Kanab and the late Richard E. Eddington. The DrosDective bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Evan Wright of Delta. Miss Eddington has been studying study-ing at Brigham Young University with a major in medical technology. technol-ogy. Mr. Wright has completed a pre-medical pre-medical course at the University of Utah, where he has been affiliated with Phi Epsilon fraternity. Manti Temple. j The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Petersen and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Vaun Bennett, all of Hinckley. A reception Saturday evening in Hinckley honored the newly wed couple. As she greeted guests the bride was gowned in an exquisite model of taffeta and lace. The fitted fit-ted bodice featured a deep yoke of lace, accented by sequins and sleeves tapering to lily points over the WTists. The bouffant skirt of lace and taffeta was styled with a 'bustle in back and swept into a court train. Her fingertip veil of sheerest illusion illu-sion was held in place by a crown of seed pearls. Attending the bride were Mrs. Ace Hendricksen, her sister, matron of honor; Miss Marilyn Bennett, Miss Beverly Bennett, Miss Patty Petersen and Miss Sandra Jensen. Mrs. Hendricksen wore a blue g6wn and 'bridesmaids wore similar gowns of pink. Little Dottie Damron and Sonja Ashby were flower girls. They were attired in pink nylon. Kay Lynn Bennett performed best man duties. Ace Hendricksen performed master mas-ter of ceremonies duties for the program. Appearing on the pro gram were Phil Bennett who sang "Temple by the River;" Sandra Jensen Jen-sen whp danced; vocal duet, "I Love You Truly" by Marilyn and Beverly Bennett, and Mrs. Margaret Jensen gave a tribute to the bridal pair. Potted ferns and bouquets of spring flowers decorated the reception re-ception hall. Refreshment tables were covered with pink and white and centered with styrofoam hearts and lovebirds. The three-tiered cake was decorated with a miniature minia-ture bride and groom and wedding bells and placed on a lace-covered table. AND MRS. GARRY R. HARDY Greeted Friends at Reception . Miss Ethelyn Sorensen and Garry R. Hardy exchanged wedding promises prom-ises beneath an archway of white gladioli and ferns Friday, March 19 'before a group of close friends and relatives. Bishop Elden Hurst of Hinckley officiated at the wedding wed-ding ceremony at Deseret Stake House. After the ceremony, the young couple greeted friends at a reception recep-tion hosted by the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Sorensen. Assisting Assist-ing with the receiving were Mr. and Mrs. Willard Hardy, parents of the groom. Standing beneath the arch the bride was lovely in her gown of alencon lace, taffeta and net. The gown was fashioned with a bouffant bouf-fant skirt which fell into a short chapel train. The fitted bodice of lace over taffeta featured a sa- 'brina neckline, dropped waist and sleeves which tapered into lily points at the wrists. Her fingertip veil was released by a pillbox covered' cov-ered' with seed pearls.. Her bouquet was a cascade of Calla Lilies and orange blossoms with silver cording cord-ing and green salal leaves. Attending the bride were Mrs. John Lynn Brough, Salt Lake; Miss Elaine Cole, U. of U. student; Miss Linda Lue Talbot and Miss Karen Sorensen, CSU student. The bridesmaids brides-maids were attired in identical models of green brocaded taffeta with white accessories. They carried car-ried small upturned umbrellas of white filled with white gladioli ribbons and ferns. Junior bridesmaid, brides-maid, Toni Gay Hardy, wore a der the care of Kathy Petersen. Serving were Adell Petersen, Esther Petersen, Angie Pratt, Dana Bishop, and Reva Talbot. They were assisted by Leslie Diehl, Vicky Damron, Linda Jo Diehl, Deone Talbot Tal-bot and Jane Talbot. The young couple are making a home in Logan where Mr. Bennett is attending school. The biggest event of the week was the tournament in Provo, and the spring school vacation. The kids should be glad to he back in school again now. Most of them went to Provo. The Alva Youngs have had a lot Lynn Brough and Dave Austin play-' ed an instrumental number on the violin, banjo and accordion. Remarks Re-marks were made by the justweds after which they danced the bridal waltz, "Around the World in Eighty Days" sung 'by David Church and played by Linda Walker. Linda Walker and Linda King were in charge of the guest book. Mrs. Dale Bliss and Mrs. W. C. Cole were in charge of gifts. Serving were Irene Little, Barbara Bar-bara Christensen, Zelda Ogden and Bonnie Owens. Out-of-town guests included the bride's grandmother, Mrs. Leone D. Church of Provo. After a short honeymoon trip to Lake Meade the young couple are at home at the Eden Apartments, Cedar City, where Mr. Hardy will attend school. Our furnace went wrong in the very coldest of last wter. Before we got it fixed, I begiYa t& think I'd rather have my old sve back.
