Why This Year's Resolution Worked! In just five weeks I've gained more tone and had more fun than any of my annual "resolutions to get in shape." The difference is Fitness Kickboxing. Nothing has ever worked as well or has been as fun as attending these classes twice a week. If you think getting in shape means paying personal trainers and a ton of money, or endless dieting think again! Fitness Kickboxing burns lots of calorics and tones me where I want to be toned more than anything else else I've tried! it worked wonders for me this year. 1 know it will work for you!
