Their husbands hus-bands were special guests. After the Christmas dinner, served on tables decorated for Christmas, had been enjoyed, table games were played and Christmas carols sung by the group with Joan Richards leading lead-ing the singing. Party ravors were ircue reu Funeral Rites for A. E. Warburton : Hold Wednesday Funeral services for Albert E. Warburton, were held Wednesday, Wed-nesday, Dec. 23 at 12:30 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove Third-Sixth Third-Sixth Ward Chapel under the direction of Bishop Daryl Iluish of the Sixth Ward. Mr. Warburton died Sunday Dec. 20 at the home of a ton in Lehi, following a lingering illness. He was 76 yean of age. Children of the Roughout Riding Club members met at the Jaycee Community Building Build-ing Friday afternoon Dec. 18. The children enjoyed a program, pro-gram, presented by members of their own group. Luncheon was served to all the children, by the mothers, and after the meal Santa Claus visited and left each child a bag of candy. Harvey, Bishop and Mrs. Elliot Howe, Earl Matthews, Robert Monson, Don Peterson, Max Radm&n, Bill Robinson, Doug Robinson, Eugene Eu-gene Stubbs, John Swenson, Cliff Wadley, Steve Warnick, and former members, Fenton Durtchi and Wayne Pearson, and guests, the Robert Sharps. Officers of the club arranged the delightful affair. A life sketch was read by Fon J. Warburton. Sheridan and Stewart Moos-man Moos-man played the musical selection selec-tion "He" and a vocal trio, Ida Mae Christiansen, Alene Fugal, and Mary Nielson sang "At the End of a Perfect Day" accompanied by Judy Brown. Prelude and postlude music were played by John Bezzant Prayer at the mortuary was offered by Keith Hansen, Calvin Cal-vin Walker asked the invocation invoca-tion and the benediction was b--S$ I ' V" ! pronounced by Owen Christian- " sen. The grave in the Pleasant rCEfcCvCE$fl Grove City Cemetery was ded-Mvj.. ded-Mvj.. icated by Ruben Ellis. pallbearers were Keith warburton, war-burton, Billy Warburton, Jack Warburton, Barry Warburton, Lyle Petersen and Darren Durrani. Dur-rani. The flowers were arranged and cared for by the Sixth Ward Relief Society. Mr. Warburton was born In Pleasant Grove, Dec. 28, 1888 a son of Edward . and Alice Richins Warburton. He was educated ed-ucated in the local schools and married Violet Mae Ellis July 6, 1911 in Provo. She died July 12,1962. Mr. Warburton was a farmer and later established the Warburton War-burton Ready Mix Concrete Co. in partnership with his sons. He was a member of the Sixth Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors include sons and a daughter, .Fon A., Lehi; Paul, -American Fork; Gean E., Doyle R., and Mrs. Keith (Jewel) Hansen, Pleasant Grove. There are 27 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
