The truck that has catapulted Ford to success will enter the 2007 model year with a few new features worth mentioning. Among the new goodies offered by the blue oval, drivers will find two new body styles, 600 pounds greater towing capability, and roadside assistance package of any full-size pickup truck and suggested suggest-ed retail prices that will be up to $1,400 lower, including includ-ing destination charges. By cab style, the average price reductions are $720 for Regular Cab models, $830 for SuperCabs and $949 for SuperCrews. Prices Pric-es including destination will now begin at $19,120 for the F-150 XL Regular Cab 4x2 and range up to $39,565 for the F-150 Lariat King Ranch SuperCrew 4x4. New models for 2007 include in-clude the Ford F-150 FX2 Sport, which will begin at $29,470, and the Har-ley-Davidson SuperCrew, which will be unveiled at the 66th annual Sturgis Rally in Sturgis, SD - the largest gathering of motorcycle mo-torcycle enthusiasts in the world - which begins Aug. 7. The F-150 provides innovative new features, including the factory-installed Cargo Management System and Rearview Camera. The Cargo Management System is a factory-installed feature, available on any truck with the 6.5-ft. Styleside box. It provides a simple, easy-to-use solution solu-tion for secure storage of all types of cargo. The basic ba-sic system comes with two side rails, a pair of bins, a pair of crossbars and a header bar. Extra bins and crossbars are easily added when extra capability and flexibility is needed: Strong extruded aluminum alumi-num double channel rails allow multiple accessories to be installed. Rails have cleat positions every 90 millimeters accommodating accommodat-ing a wide range of cargo. Easily adjustable, cast aluminum alu-minum cleats are designed to hold over 600 pounds.
