The play has been performed several times recently at Utah Technical College in Orem. This is a sophisticated comedy with a professional cast for its leading roles. Father is played by George Tanner, who played the part at a BYU Production which was produced at June LDS Conference in the mide 1950's. Tanner has had considerable dramatic experience at UCLA, BYU, and Utah State at Logan, and is presently Utah Tech librarian who doubles as drama producer, Mrs. Jody Renstrom, co-producer of the Valley Centre Theatre in Provo for many years, also author and producer of her one-woman show, 'Portrait of Emma' plays Mother. Danna Payton has directed this delightful comedy and also plays a small character role. Some talented players in other roles include Dan Thompson who played in the movie "The Great Brain" with Jimmy Osmond. The ramantic leads are Jeff Peterson and Launa Renstrom. Janet Bylund is Cousin Cora. 'Life With Father' is Family Comedy and performance will begin at 8 p.m. The production played to full houses here in February 1954 under the direction of Jessie J. Dalton. The play was presented by the Second Ward MIA. Mark Blanchard, a junior geology student from Springville, is a team member. Coach Sue Peterson, a part-time instructor in the BYU Honors Program, said the tournament at Arizona State University was double elimination. Teams involved were from the University of Utah, Utah State University, Weber State College and the University of New Mexico. Over 20 schools participated par-ticipated in the 1982 Snow College Mathematics contest held at Snow College in Ephraim. Every team member took an examination specially prepared for the contest. The tests were then scored, and the top four scores of each team were compiled to make a team score. On the basis of the scores, the teams were ranked.
