Klcclions were held last week for Middle School officers to serve the balance of the school vear. As an introduction to a dental health unit, Mrs. Lois Brady, the Springville area school nurse, came to visit the second grade children of Westside School. Mrs. Brady (old the children how they could take good care of their teeth. The nurse checked each individual to see that they were brushing correctly. The second graders certainly enjoyed her visit: Students in Mrs. Hlack's and Miss Kussell's second grade classes at Krookside School have been studying a "World of Work" unit about the post office and the jobs that are performed there. National l'.oy Scouts of America Week was observed here last week in a number ol schools, banquets, and other activities carried on by Scouts and leaders. Mrs. I.ucile Hampton. Springville Slake Blazer Scout leader, wore her Scout uniform to school all week. She works in the Middle School lunch room and solicited the aid of Scouts Frank Smith, center, and Phillip Sumsion in clearing dishes follow ing lunch.
