Clayton Brough began a weather station operation at the school as part of the academic program for the eighth and ninth graders. The project has become so successful that it has been expanded ex-panded this year and may become a permanent part of the school's activities. Students at the school built a wood-framed weather station structure on the school's roof and various projects plus school funds have provided for the purchase and installation of more than $2,000 worth of weather recording and forecasting instruments.
