Kennedy family a annual party Members of the Emma Kennedy family gathered at Bart's Sunday afternoon for their annual family Christmas Party with 38 of the 45 members in attendance. A delicious dinner was served at 1:30 after which the family members visited and then Santa arrived and gave all the children as well as the adults Christmas presents. Attending the party were Mr. and Mrs. Don Kennedy and family members, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Buckway and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Reno Orullian and family all of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Roy H. Bird and Jane, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Bird, Mrs. Kennedy, all of Springville; Mr. and Mrs. Keith Kennedy and family, Mr. and Mrs. Norlev Hall of Provo; Mr. and Mrs. Jim Frost and family, Granger; Mrs. and Mrs. Carvel Brinkerhoff and family, Springville; and Frank Loftin, Orem. Clothing and food displays in attractive settings set-tings and cleverly arranged dishes were themed to "Season's Special Delights" by the Home Economics Department of the Springville Junior High School at their Christmas Fair. The mothers of the girls enrolled in home economics at the present, were guests. The colorful aray was done by the girls and displayed. Jeanette Winter, Althea Wilson, Patty Session, Linda Jack, Dorothy Durtschi, and Diane Bingham were in charge of the event. BYU continues to rank as largest private school i r, .. The report was made by Dr. Garland G. Parker, University of Cincinnati vice provost for admission and records and nationally-known authority on collegiate enrollments, for the 52nd annual survey by the education journal, "School and Society."
