You can make Kolacky easily and serve to Christmas visitors for a new taste treat. The Christmas season is a social whirl of visits and entertaining entertain-ing for most of us. Since more visitors than usual will drop by, here are two food treats you can use to extend the spirit of Christmas to your guests. Make and serve frosted grapes as a change from usual Christmas Christ-mas candy. Dip small bunches, of green grapes in lemon juice. Sprinkle with fine sugar and refrigerate until served. A distinctive alternative to sweet and perhaps over-familiar Christmas pastry is "Kolacky." This is an old European fruit pastry recently introduced to America. Kolacky is easily made with any of the 13 SOLO Pastry Filling flavors available at most food stores. Buys a $4 million judicialsecurity building whose need is described by leading citizens as "immediate and urgent." Moves us out of the hopelessly hopeless-ly crowded, abandoned pump plant now being used for a jail and segregates the hardened criminals from first-time young offenders. Provides a jail with proper surveillance, proper processing, proper security measures to control growing crime. Unscrambles serious overcrowding In the office of your county clerk, sheriff, recorder, treasurer, assessor, and district court clerks. Provides adequate space for the Utah Highway Patrol, for our courts, juries and elected officials. Lets us expand the facilities of the existing County Building (built in 1926) to a 95,000 square-foot judicialsecurity building directly direct-ly to the east. Who Supports Project Two Thirty-Nine? Community leaders from throughout Utah County give their full support to the special election scheduled for January 18. Representatives from Utah Valley communities, school districts, Brigham Young University, business and professional groups, organized labor, service clubs and other groups in addition to your County Commission, judges, sheriff, elected .county officers and employees are solidly behind Project Two Thirty-Nine.
