The property prop-erty being annexed, by reference as the Brooklyn Annexation, is located in Uintah County, State of Utah, and is hereby annexed, taken into and made a part of Vernal City, Utah. VERNAL CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2006-28 An ordinance amending the Vernal City Municipal Code, Section 16.04.464 - Portable storage containers con-tainers - definitions, and 16.24.155 - Portable storage stor-age containers uses. This ordinance defines portable storage containers contain-ers and adds regulations for the following: Outlines where the portable storage containers contain-ers are prohibited, specifically spe-cifically which zones they will be allowed; Requires businesses to obtain a permit by submitting an application and site plan showing the location and square footage; foot-age; Pay the building permit per-mit fee; Outlines the permit process; Portable storage containers con-tainers are considered a secondary use, requiring a permanent structure on the same parcel of property; prop-erty; Portable storage containers con-tainers must be for the sole benefit of the business busi-ness on the same parcel; Temporary uses of portable storage containers contain-ers allowed for up to seven days for the purpose pur-pose of storing items being moved. Portable storage containers con-tainers cannot be placed on any public street; The sale or rental of portable storage containers contain-ers allowed in the 1-1 zone; Portable storage containers con-tainers cannot occupy necessary parking as outlined out-lined in the ordinances; Portable storage containers con-tainers shall be set back from the front property a minimum of 25 feet or more based on the set back requirements for the specific zone; Stacking is prohibited except the 1-1 zone.
