PUBLIC NOTICE Questar Pipeline Company (Questar) filed an application for' a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on November 21, 2006, in Docket No. CP07-25-000. Questar 's application applica-tion proposes to expand its southern natural-gas pipeline system by constructing, con-structing, owning, operating operat-ing and maintaining 58.6 miles of 24-inch diameter pipeline and associated facilities and modifying two existing compressor stations in order to provide pro-vide expanded interstate transportation service. The expansion project has been named the Southern System Expansion Project II (SSXPII). As part of its SSXP II, Questar proposes to extend its existing Main Line (ML) 104 from its Soldier Creek terminus termi-nus located in Section 19, Township 13 South, Range 12 East, Carbon County, Utah, approximately approxi-mately 53.9 miles east to its existing Green River Block Valve on ML 40 located in Section 14, Township 10 South, Range 18 East, Uintah County, Utah. Additionally, Questar proposes pro-poses to loop its ML 104 approximately 4.7 miles between Fausett Junction located in Section 9, Township 14 South, Range 9 East and Oak Spring located in Section 36, Township 13 South, Range 8 East, Carbon County, Utah and install related above-ground facilities.
