PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCE 8-28-90 The County Commission Commis-sion of Uintah County, Utah, has voted to amend zoning and subdivision ordinance 42682 to include in-clude a new commercial rone, TRAVEL, TOURISM AND RECREATION (TTR-02-31), more accurately described de-scribed as follows: CHAPTER 31 COMMERCIAL TTR-2 ZONE 02-31-001 Purpose 02-31-002 Site development develop-ment standards 02-31-003 Sign regulations regula-tions 02-31-004 Special regulations regu-lations 02-31-005 Allowed uses 02-31-001 PURPOSE The purpose of the TTR-2 commercial zone is to provide goods and services for the traveling public while preserving the environmental and aesthetic qualities of the traveling or recreational experience. This zone will allow commercial goods and services for the traveling public where existing commercial commer-cial activities do not provide pro-vide such commercial services, and where the need for such services can be demonstrated. 02-31-002 SITE DEVELOPMENT DE-VELOPMENT STANDARDS STAN-DARDS 1. Minimum lot area: none 2. Minimum lot width: 100 feet 3. Minimum yard setbacks: set-backs: A. Front: 30 feet. B. Side: 20 feet total; minimum 8 feet on one side. C. Side facing street on corner lot: 20 feet. D. Rear: 10 feet 4. Building Height: A. Minimum: one story. B. Maximum: one story. 5. Landscaping. Meaningful Mean-ingful landscaping of not less than 15 of the lot area shall be required for all commercial activities of which at least 10 must be in the front area of the structure. 6.
