Show Thomas L Swan . BOUNTIFUL Thomas Leland Swan, age 42, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, from an industrial accident in California. Swan of Pennsylvania; Clark MaDill, Wendover, Nev.; Dianne Hanson, Sharon Christensen and Joyce Rent-meister, Rent-meister, all West Jordan; Sylvia Hughes, of Layton. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sat-urday, Feb. 16, at 11 a.m. at the Val ' Verda Third Ward, 2633 S. 50 W., Bountiful Friends may call Friday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 N. Main and Saturday at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment in the Bountiful City Cemetery. He was born June 23, 1948 in Salt Lake City, the son of James Hays ; and Florence MaDill Swan. He j married Kathy Walker May 28, 1965 at Preston, Idaho. Marriage j was later solem- . i t' d' - mzed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was active in the LDS Church. He had served in a bishopric, elders quorum presidency, high priest group leadership. He loved scouting and was a former scoutmaster. He was a member of the Naval Reserves. Survivors include: wife Kathy of Bountiful; children: Stacey and Jodie, both Las Vegas, Nev.; Chad, serving Michigan Dearboume LDS mission; Stephanie of Rexburg, Idaho; a granddaughter Randie and grandson Cole; brothers and sisters, James |
