Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDMENT OF SUBDIVISION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS RELATING TO DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOTS IN CENTERVILLE CITY Interested parties are hereby notified that on Tuesday, March 5, 1991 , at 7:50 p.m., the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public input and to consider amending Subsections Subsec-tions 12-220-5-6 B and 12-220-5-7 B, Subdivision Standards and Specifications Specifica-tions for Centerville City Corporation, 1985 Edition, relating to double frontage fron-tage lots. This amendment would allow as an exception double frontage lots in new subdivisions subject to the approval ap-proval of the City Council following consideration and recommendation by the Planning Commission. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be inspected in-spected at City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pjn., prior to the hearing. The hearing on this matter will be held in the Centerville City Council Chambers at City Hall, 521 North 400 West, Centerville, Utah. All interested persons will be heard at that time.
