Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 14th day of August, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse Court-house located at 50 East State, Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed ex-ecuted by Robert Van Erickson, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded May 8, 1980 as Entry No. 564342, in Book 823, at Page 971, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 17 East 400 North 21B, Bountiful, in Davis County, State of Utah 84010, and more particularly described as follows: Unit 21, Building B, PARK PLACE CONDOMINIUMS, a Utah Condominium Project with Declaration of Condominium Con-dominium and By-Laws filed of record with the Davis Coun- ?f Recorder, as Entry No. 39293, in Book 782, at Page No. 3677 and the Record of Survey Map filed as Entry No. 539292, in Book 782, at Page 35, on July 26,1979. Together with an undivided .0314 ownership interest in all "Common Areas and Facilities"; Together with an exclusive reservation of right in and to Parking Unit No. 21 in said common area and facility; Together with rights of way over and across all those portions por-tions of driveways and parking areas described as common areas. Notice of Default was recorded April 16, 1990 as Entry No. 888245, in Book 1346, at Page 525, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
