She won a camera as her prize. The national winner was McKean Optical of Oklahoma City. The contest provided a challenge to optical retailers throughout the nation to develop a theme and to execute the most creative window display exhibiting a Viva frame collection. col-lection. Gibb is a nationally certified O dispensing optician and has been employed by Master Opticians for over five years. She is a graduate of Bountiful High School, where she participated in musical activities. She attended LDS Business College, where she was president of Lambda Delta Sigma sorority. Kappa Omega chapter. She is currently an advisor to a new sorority at Salt Lake Community College South Campus. Cam-pus. Through her work at Master Opticians, Op-ticians, Gibb is the secretary and treasurer of the Far Western Conference Con-ference of Opticians. The professional profes-sional organization sponsors annual educational seminars. This position has required her to travel, setting up convention sites as well as working throughout the year with her fellow opticians. An extensive screening process took place to select the 1991 winners. The winning displays were selected for their overall beauty, their visual impact, and for creativity creativi-ty in design and execution.
