Show Inez C. Tanner " " jCf , V; f" BOUNTIFOL-lnez Corry Tanner, passed away after a short illness il-lness on Monday, Oct. 23, 1989. Born June 3, 1917 to Elias Moroni Cony and Abish Jones in Cedar City .Married Sterling, E Tanner May 3,, 1949 in , the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She served in many church callings including Relief Society counselor, organist, stake Relief Society organist, and visiting teacher. She served for three years as a temple worker in the Salt Laki; Temple. As r teenager she worked at Zions and Bryce Canyon parks. She helped start the radio station in Cedar. City and then went to Salt Lake where she worked for several years .at KSL radio. She was a gifted musician playing the piano and violin. She taught countless young people both the violin and piano. She played in many musical groups all over the valley. She is survived by her husband, Sterling, : Bountiful; children, Geneal Robbins, Salt Lake City, Jary Tanner, Lay ton; S- Corry Tanner, American Fork; Eric C. Twiner, Riverton; Kathy T. Mon-son, Mon-son, Bountiful; 21 grandchildren; three, great , grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Virginia Palmer, Salt INEZ C. TANNER Lake City; Elwood Corry, Ruth Urie and Beth Coffman, all Cedai City; Melvin Corry, Paradise, Calif, ,, Preceded in ' death by a brother, " Lloyd Corry and a sister, Elma Beckstrand. 1 Funeral services were held Oct 26 in the Val Verda Stake Center. Interment was in the Salt Lake 'Cemetery. |
