Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 17th day of May, 1989 at 10:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by Edward L. Nielson and Randee S. Nielson, husband and wife, as Trustors, and recorded September 24, 1984, as Entry No. 683586 in Book 1006 at pages 1215 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness inde-btedness in favor of ARNOLD T. BINGHAM (now owned and held by BLANCHE K. BINGHAM) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured se-cured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded January Janu-ary 13, 1989 as Entry No. 847441 in Book 1274 at page 674 of said Official Records.
