Show g NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 12th day of May, 1989 at 1 1 :00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by Monty Dick Wolfley and LaTawn Wolf-ley, Wolf-ley, as Trustors, and recorded October 23, 1986 as Entry No. 757631 in Book 1 1 19 at pages 541 of the. Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of The First National Nation-al Bank of Layton (now owned and held by The First National Bank of Layton) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby.'
