Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 88-8C Please be advised that the Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public hearing TUESDAY, August 2, 1988 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 So. 100 E., Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving dis-approving a Conditional Use Permit for the following land use: Permission to develop 27 lots on approximately 4.5 acres of vacant land into a single family detached condominium (Planned (Plan-ned Unit Development) project. Property is located at 835 No. 200 W., and is owned by Prows-wood Prows-wood Development, Inc. A Conditional Use is a land use that can be made acceptable in a particular area if the developer will comply with specific conditions that are outlined in the Zoning Ordinance to assure compatibility com-patibility with surrounding land uses. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this osal. If you cannot attend, please lfree to voice opinion in writing or by agent or attorney. If you know of any affected property owner who, for unknown reasons, failed to receive a copy of this notice, please advise them of this meeting.
