Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 4th day of August, Au-gust, 1988 at 10:00 a.m. at the north door of the Davis County Court building build-ing located at 28 East State Street, Farmington, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Michael B. Thompson and Teri L. Thompson, as Trustors, with Merrill G. Hansen, attorney at law, as Trustee, in favor of Cal Clark and Gloria Ann Clark, as Beneficiaries, which Trust Deed was recorded April 16, 1987, as Entry No. 781809, in Book 1159, at Page 104, in the Office of the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah. Notice of Default was recorded March 22, 1988, as Entry No. 0819404, in Book 1224, at Page 640, of said official offi-cial records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property located in Davis County, State of Utah and more particularly described as follows: Lot 14, amended Quail Cove Subdivision, a Planned Unit Development, De-velopment, according to the official offi-cial plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County. For the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed and including includ-ing fees, charges, and expenses of Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
