Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 13th day of July, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a Trust Deed executed by Steven Joseph Eggleston and Cathie Hartley, as Trustors, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency ,.as Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, which Trust Deed was recorded August 31, 1984 as Entry No. 681689, in Book 1004, at Page 273, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 246 East 975 South, Layton, Davis County, State of Utah 84041 , and more particularly particu-larly described as follows: All of Lot 194, EASTVIEW SUBDIVISION NO. 10, Layton City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded March 11, 1988 as Entry No. 0818362, in Book 1222, at Page 1001, of said official offi-cial records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, encum-brances, the above-described property, proper-ty, for the purpose of paying obligations obliga-tions secured by said Trust Deed, including in-cluding without limitation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
