With the precious white stuff already covering some of the higher places in our country, and more on the way everyday, the headmasters of the slopes have decided to open the lifts and let the skiers come. And come they will! Like Hannibal Han-nibal with his mighty elephants, or the Seagulls after the Crickets, the skiers of Utah have started their annua migration up into the canyons above the valley that house the great snowmasses of Alta, Brighton and Solitude. Later, after winter has graced their slopes with more of her covering, the fortresses of Park City, and Park City West, will let down their gates and invite the onrushing hoard to engulf the slopes and discover each one's hidden pleasures.
