Show VISTA Class Graduates Wednesday Utah Senator Frank E. Moss will speak Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in Union 203 at a commencement-dinner-ceremony for 42 graduates of the University's VISTA (Volunteer In Service To America) training program. SEN. MOSS' speech will be followed by remarks by one of the students on behalf of the graduating class. Pins and certificates certi-ficates will be awarded. This particular group spent the last two and a half weeks in field work on various Indian reservations and will go on to fulfill the 10y2 month obligation obli-gation on other reservations.
