A recent talk with the head of the campus police revealed that since Oct. 1, 1964 the campus police have passed out more than 25,000 tickets. This makes an average of 192 per day. NINETY-NINE per cent of these 25,000 tickets were parking park-ing violations. If a moving violation viola-tion is issued, it is handled by the traffic division and is not sent to the capitol to be entered on the person's driving record.
