Show Fall Chronicle Applications Due May 8 has been set as the deadline -for application for . Chronicle staff positions forhe first semester of the school year, according to Ray Bayles, editor-in-chief-elect. POSITIONS available include Managing Editor, News Editor : Circulation Manager two Copy : Editors, Political Ed.tors Cam-, Cam-, pus Editor. Society Editor. Soorts Editor, Photographers. Editorial Board members and an assistant to the Managing Editor. Political Editors and Campus Ed. tors w.ll h- responsible respon-sible for coverage of all ca;npus events. Ail editor spots arc paid jobs and require daily work on the paper INTERESTED students should submit a wnt'en application, indicating in-dicating previous experience and any ideas and suggestions to Mr Bayles by May 8. cartoonists. Mr. Bayles said he is also looking for political, campus cam-pus and humor columnists who would like to write at least one column per week. For students who are able to work only one or two days each week, beat-reporter positions are available.
