The Utes with a 14-0 dual meet record on the year swept to their second straight WAC title on March 5, 6 and 7 at Albuquerque, New Mexico. The undefeated Redskins, branded the best in Utah history, then sent four swimmers to the NCAA tournament this past weekend. week-end. The swimmers and their competing compet-ing events included Steve Schutlz, 400-yard individual medley, 200-yard 200-yard individual medley and 1650-yard 1650-yard freestyle; Kim Bernard, 200-yard 200-yard individual medley and 100-yard breaststroke; Daxe Dixon, 200-yard butterfly and 1650-yard freestyle and Larry Raffaelli, 100-yard and 200-yard backstroke. The foursome then competed in the 400-yard relay. THE UTES fared well in the three-day meet held at Yale University, Univer-sity, though no individual reports are available at the present time.
