Show ANNUAL" HATCHERY TEST SCHEDULED BY SPORTSMEN Sunday, May 20th, has been set for the annual spring tour of five state fish hatcheries located lo-cated in the central Utah area. The popular sightseeing motorcade mo-torcade is again sponsored by the Salt Lake County Fish and Game Association, representing the organized sportsmen for all of Salt Lake County. The association will provide free elk burgers, coffee and soft drinks during the noontime stopover at Vivian Park in Provo Canyon. All sportsmen and their families fam-ilies are invited to set aside May 20th for this tour to view the hatcheries at the peak of production in preparation for the angling season that starts this year on June 9th. State department personnel will guide the tour at each plant and describe de-scribe the progress in current fish rearing methods. Start of the trip will be from the Scott Avenue hatchery in Salt Lake City. Scott Avenue is the first street south of 33rd South between Seventh and Ninth East. The tour will leave this point at 9 a. m. for the Springville plant and will visit the Midway, Kamas and Morgan Mor-gan hatcheries as the day progresses. pro-gresses. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Holdaway of Las Vegas were here for a few days, at the home of Mrs Holdaway's mother, Mrs. Clinton Clin-ton Myers. They were en route to Salina to visit Mr. Holdaway's Holda-way's relatives. Miss Jewel Hall of Oakland, Calif., who has been on missionary mission-ary work in Korat, Thailand, 'for the last five years, spent two days of last week visiting at the Bud Handley home.
