Show COMING VP at the I IRMAGE THEATRE Saturday, Matinei May 19 EYES OF TEXAS Another good Roy Rogers picture pic-ture for the kids young and tld. Sun.-Mon., May 20-21 NEVER SAY GOODBYE (in Technicolor) A warm and overly sentimental senti-mental picture that introduces a lovely and talented German actress. Although "Never Say Goodbye' 'has Rock Hudson as the main attraction, it is Cornell Barchers who gives the film its quality. She's wonderfully appealing ap-pealing and deserves more substantial sub-stantial films in the future. This picture is good for the whole family. Tues.-Wed., May 22-23 OUR MISS BROOKS Miss Arden succeeds in getting get-ting across all the authoritative sparkle, verve and crisp style that for many years have made her an asset in Hollywood supporting sup-porting roles. She has waited long years for a deserved stardom, star-dom, and she rates it in films as well as in television. A good clean comedy for every member of the family. Thurs., Fri., Sat., May 24-25-2S THE COURT MARTIAL OF BILL MITCHELL Basically, this picture offers a finely etched portrait of a man beset from all sides in attempting attempt-ing to carry forward the work of building up the lagging, dragging drag-ging U S Air Force after World War I. Here is a motion picture pic-ture in which all who had a part may take a deep and pardonable pard-onable pride. It is a fine achievent. On the same proram will be a very interesting short subject, "24 Hour Alert." Jack Webb stars in this story of a community's com-munity's irritations caused by the sound of supersonic jet interceptors in-terceptors from an air-base located lo-cated nearby. |
