Show JAYCEES INSTALL NEW LEADERS Retiring President Ted Chris-tensen Chris-tensen acted as installing officer offi-cer at the annual Jaycee installation instal-lation banquet Tuesday evening, eve-ning, and charged incoming President Bob Slinkerd with carrying out his leadership duties du-ties in an efficient and aggressive aggres-sive manner. Visitors at the banquet included in-cluded Chet Cripps, state vice president of the service organization; organ-ization; Al Thompson, newly elected state vice president; Ron Morgan, president of the Cedar City .club, and several of the Cedar City Jaycees. The above officers each spoke to the local Jaycees and their wives, and Ron Morgan presented Steve Williams with a Jaycee cigaret lighter, suitably engraved, as appreciation for Mr. Williams' assistance to the Cedar City group when they were endeavoring endeav-oring to organize the Milford club. Mr. Christensen, in his president's presi-dent's report, cited 20 projects the local club has completed or initiated during its first year of activitiy. |
