Show legion plans Impressive j PROGRAM FOR MEMORIAL DAY : The American Legion, the Boy j Scouts, and representatives of various fraternal and religious 1 organizations will participate in Memorial Day services in Milford, Mil-ford, with a Memorial Day parade pa-rade opening the ceremonies, and placing of wreaths at the Milford cemetery featuring the day's activiteis. Under direction of the local Legion post and C. T. Martin, as marshal of the day, the following program will be carried out: Parade, from the Legion Hall to the cemetery, 10 a. m. Raising of the Flag, members of Milford Legion Post No. 16. Invocation, Father Valine. Appropriate music, Milford High School Band. Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, j a Milford High School student. Introduction of dignitaries, I Don Gleason. Music, High School Band. Speaker, J. M. Hughes. Solo, a Milford High student. Placing of wreaths: City of Milford, by Mayor J. D. Kirk. Boy Scouts; B of L F and E, O. W. Karn Lodge No. 439. American Legion, Commander Perry Olsen. American Legion Auxiliary, President Mrs. W. G. White. I Spanish War Veterans, C. T. Martin. I Brotherhood of Railway Car- men, Frank Williams. ' Benediction, Rev. W. K. Long-acre. Long-acre. Salute to War Dead, Legion Firing Squad. Taps, High School Band.
