Martha Circle met at the home of Mrs. Mary Jo Rubright Wednesday, Wed-nesday, April 20. A lovely one o'clock luncheon was served after af-ter which bridge was played. Prizes were won by Mrs. Nan Denver, Mrs. Bessie West, Mrs. Catherine Jenkins and Mrs. Will Thomas. The 500 club was entertained at the home of Mrs. Elva Baum Wednesday, April 13. Prizes were won by Mrs. Lil Marshall, first; Mrs. Leola Peterson, second, and Mrs. Olive Allinson, house. Others Oth-ers attending were Mrs. LaVae Johnson, Mrs. Delta Turner, Mrs. Lottie Dalley and Mrs. Cecily Jackson. Lovely refreshments were served. Royal Michaelsen, Allen Robinson Rob-inson and Lyman Farley traveled travel-ed to Cedar City over the week end to attend a school dance. Melroy Bridges went to Elsi-nore Elsi-nore on Friday and returned home Sunday with a new car. The Women's Society of Christian Chris-tian Service of the Copperton Community Methodist church met at the home of Mrs. Richard Rubright for their regular monthly mon-thly meeting Tuesday night. Nomination of officers was held and final plans made for the rum mage and parcel post sale to be held April 26 at Bingham. Seventeen Sev-enteen members and Rev. Iiams were in attendance. Lovely refreshments re-freshments were served. Lark grade school fifth and sixth grades enjoyed a field trip to Salt Lako City yesterday, Thursday, where they visited the state capitol, the university and other historical spots. A birthday dinner was given for Dixie Lee Reed on her 13th birthday on Monday, April 18th at 5:30 p.m. by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Reed. Those present pre-sent were Lois Fahrni, Lucy Jane Lovell, Sonja Reed, Jacqueline Dalley. Claudia Murano and Natalie Na-talie Heed.
