Show MOUNTAIN CLASSIC IS READY FOR BOW AT NORTH SALT LAKE The classic Intermountain Junior Fat Stock Show, largest all-junior show in the West for a number of years, is ready for its 14th annual renewal at the Salt Lake Union Stockyards at North Salt Lake, June 7, 8 and 9. Actually, with new judging system, new method of sales, new auctioneering procedure, and new show objectives, the Intermountain will be an all-new all-new show this year, according to Merrill Parkin, show manager. man-ager. As in all shows, neither the entry list nor the number of exhibitors ex-hibitors planning to show will break any of the records for several years past, but excellent representation from among the Utah, Idaho, Nevada and Wyoming Wyo-ming 4-H Clubbers and Future Farmers of America has been made, and iplenty of competition competi-tion will be offered. Animals will be received June 4 arid 5 and up until 6 p. m. on June 6, according to Mr. Parkin. On the evening of June 6, Show Town will be organized by the members in a meeting at the show arena at 7:30 p. m. It will be followed by a vaudeville vaude-ville show sponsored by the Tribune-Telegram. The rest of the program in-. in-. eludes: Wednesday, 8 a. m., for-j for-j mal opening, uniform contest, showmanship and fitting con-1 test. 9:30 a. m., grading cattle. 10:30 a. m., grading hogs. 1 p. m., grading lambs. In the evening eve-ning there will be free swims, admissions, contests, and prizes at Lagoon, sponsored by the Deseret News. Grading of cattle cat-tle will continue at 9 a. m Thursday, to be following by assembling of purple ribbon animals at 1:30 p. m. and the award of "Master Stockman" j buttons for the growers. ' j At 7 p. m. there will be a , banquet for the exhibitors at ! the Newhouse Hotel, given by the show management, with entertainment en-tertainment by Salt Lake Ki-wanis. Ki-wanis.
