Show LEVI EDGAR YOUNG HEADS FIRST LDS CONFERENCE HERE IN DECADE President Levi Edgar Young" of the First Council of Seventy, and Roscoe W. Eardley of the Welfare Committee will represent repre-sent the General Authorities of the LDS Church when the Beaver Stake Quarterly Conference Confer-ence sessions begin at Milford this week-end. General conference confer-ence session are scheduled at 10 a. m. and 2 p. m. Sunday, with a MIA meeting in the evening eve-ning at 8 o'clock. The Welfare meeting is scheduled for Saturday Satur-day at 7:30 p. m., and two films will be shown, "The Lord's Way" and "Welfare in Action." Following the Welfare meeting will be the Priesthood Leadership Leader-ship meeting. The general public is invited to attend the Welfare meeting and view the two excellent motion pictures, which were j produced in Hollywood with a cast of professional Hollywood actors. Bishop Goodwin also extended an invitation to the general public to attend the conference con-ference sessions and asks cooperation coop-eration of all in welcoming the expected 1000 stake visitors to this conference session, the first to be held in Milford in more than 10 years. |
