Show NEWS NOTES FROM Milford High Watch for the winning typists in the Cedar City contest, March 26th. Last year the unexpected snow storm prevented our students stu-dents from participating. This year we have, entering the contest, con-test, Glen Casterline, Marlys Gillins, Jean Bracken, Betty Jane Firmage, Paul Crum, Jean-nette Jean-nette Gillins, Bonnie Baxter and Vera Tomsik. We'd appreciate some rooters in our direction, folks! Miss Tarr will leave Thursday for Salt Lake, where she expects to spend several days going thru the clinic. Her classes will meet as usual during her absence ab-sence since their assignments this year, are given in the form of weekly projects for which students assume responsibility in covering. The Beaver County School Board has recently bought four new Underwoods for our com mercial department. We appro ciate these machines, each fitted" with the latest improvements to typewriters.
