Chiffon will come into its own again, so say designers, in the Spring. Not only will this fragile fra-gile billowy material be used for evening wear but it will regain re-gain its popularity for daytime use. Bodices of chiffon ' can be swirled and draped in fascinating fascinat-ing ways. Dark polka dotted chiffon over taffeta fashions a lovely afternoon frock. Lovely straws from France are in the picture for hats this spring. Crowns seem to be shallow shal-low while brims are all sizes. Some are' sailor types, while others turn up in front or all around. One quaint little number is of Tuscan straw and is shaped like a tiara. It is very light weight. |
