Show GLEN BAIRD TO SPEAK ! WHEN U P AGRICULTURAL CAR VISITS MILFORD Glen Baird, former Beaver County Agent and now extension exten-sion agronomist for the U S A C at Logan, will be one of the featured speakers at the Union Pacific Agricultural Improvement Improve-ment car which Will be in Milford Mil-ford next Tuesday, February 15 from 9 a. m. until 1 p. m. Golden H. Bingham, extension irrigation specialist from the U S A C, will be the other featured fea-tured speaker at the meetings held on this car. Mr. Baird will speak on the water requirements of various crops and Mr. Bingham Bing-ham will talk on the water holding hold-ing capacities of different soils The new irrigation fiim' "Thirsty Acres," will be shown at meetings held on this car. The meetings are scheduled at 9 a m., with agriculture students and others from Milford High- lo m., for agriculture students and others from Beaver; 11 a m general meeting for all farmed and other interested people from Eeaver County. m |
