Show Services today, 11 a.m., for Ellen V. Walker Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted at 11 a.m. today in the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel for Ellen Bramall Vance Walker, 70, long-time resident of this city who died April 7, 1969 in a Pleasant Grove rest home. Bishop William Ruff of the Eighth Ward will officiate. Burial Bur-ial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery. She was born February 19, 1899 in Springville, a daughter of Charles D. and Mary Bear-dall Bear-dall Bramall. She was married to James Reno Vance on April 4, 1923 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Mr. Vance died August 3, 1938. She later was married to George F. Walker on December Decem-ber 17, 1949 In Salt Lake City. Mrs. Walker was active in the LDS Church, having served as theology teacher in Relief Society, and as a teacher and member of the Primary stake board. She was also a member of Aaron Johnson Camp of DUF. Surviving are her husband, Vernal; one daughter, Mrs. Wesley Wes-ley (Virginia) Swenson of Lindon; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; and two brothers, Ernest and LeRoy Bramall both of Springville. |
