Mr. and Mrs. Reed Miner and. four children of Altadena, Calif, have spent the past 10 days with parents, Mrs. Elizabeth Eliza-beth Miner and Mr. and Mrs. Clay Peterson here. Mr. Miner's sister, Mrs. David Williams of Orem entertained at a steak fry for the guests and family members and a trip to Timp Cave was also enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Pyper have enjoyed the company of their three daughters and families fami-lies during the past few weeks Mr. and Mrs. Ray (Carolyn) Marshall and three sons of San Jose, Calif., Mr .and Mrs. Bill (LuDean) George and two daughters of Las Vegas, and Mr. and Mrs. John (Linda) Gill and daughter of San Jose, California Cali-fornia were here. The Gills also visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Gill, father of John. Family also attended the Pyper reunion held in Salt Lake City and the Gills attended the wedding wed-ding of a-s sister, Susan Gill while here. Carolyn stayed also to attend the class reunion at the high school here. Sgt. Stephen L. Bird and his wife Kathie have returned to Rapid City, South Dakota after spending three weeks visiting with family and friends. While they were home, they went through the Salt Lake Temple. Sgt. Bird has been stationed in Rapid City for the past two yeai-s. He spent 4 months in Guam last winter working on B52's. A younger brother of Sgt. Bird's, Lynn, went to Rapid Ra-pid City with the couple where he will spend the summer. |
