Show Services held Tuesday for Katie Canto, 84 Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Wheeler Mortuary Mortu-ary Chapel for Katie Canto, 84, ! long time resident of Mapleton who died July 12, 1968 at the Mapleton rest home of causes incident to age. j Services were directed by Bi- I shop Harold Gividen of the j Mapleton First Ward. Burial I was in the Evergreen Cemetery. '. She was born April 20, 1884, ; in Locana, Italy. She came to the United States in 1904 and was married to Tony Canto on j Oct. 13, 1906 in Salt Lake City. Following her marriage she lived in Carbon County until ! 1932, when she moved to Map-i Map-i leton. Surviving are two sons and one daughter, Adolph Canto, Kenilworth, Carbon County and i Jack Canto and Mrs. Lewis . I (Mary) Bleggi, both of Maple- ; ton; seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. |
