The firm's bid was 10 percent per-cent less than the state highway high-way engineer's estimate . Specifications call for construction con-struction from 1300 South State in Orera to the brow of the bench just west of the Provo River Construction is to begin soon and is to be completed this season. Another contract bid will be called for at a later date which will take the diagonal from the brow of the hill to a connection with University Avenue in Provo Pro-vo in the vicinity of the BYU football stadium. Completion of the entire project pro-ject is scheduled for late 1969.
