Show Camp Kolob DUP holds May meeting Members of Camp Kolob met at the home of Mable Brown for their May meeting. Captain Cap-tain Brown presided and conducted. con-ducted. Permelia Felix read interesting interest-ing incidents from "Memories That Live," a centennial history his-tory of, Utah County. She told of the first settlers, Hobble Creek and the early Indians. Flossie Sanford presented the lesson on "Mormon Folklore," relating some of the early superstitions su-perstitions and ideas of the people. Lula Shepherd read some lovely Mother's Day poems as a tribute to the mothers in the camp. Refreshments were served to 14 members and one guest by hostesses Adele Nielson and Vida Rigby. |
