Show Arnold L Wilson, BYU engineer, given fellowship Arnold Wilson, who has been ij ; on the faculty of the Brigham . Young University since 1957 : in the civil engineering depart- I ment will take a sabbatical - I leave next year. He will do 1 graduate work toward his Ph. j ? J D. at Oklahoma State Univer- 1 , 1 sity at Stillwater, beginning in ; June. Mr. Wilson graduated from !the BYU in 1957 with a 5-year B. S. degree. He received his M. S. degree in 1962 and became be-came assistant professor of the i BYU civil engineering depart-I depart-I ment. He has done considerable research work since tha time. He is a registered professional I engineer and has done engin-eering engin-eering and consulting work 1 throughout the state. At present he is a member of the following organizations : American Concrete Institute, International Association of n Shell Structures, Pre-stressed Concrete Institute and Sigma Pi, honorary research society. Mr. Wilson's wife, the former I Jyce Hutchings, and their eight children will accompany him to Stillwater when he be-rj. be-rj. gins his studies through his JJJl fellowship. The Wilsons have made their home in Mapleton for the past six years and Ifl. Prior to this they lived in 4jl Springville. Arnold is the son f Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Wilson.
